RX DIVISION | Time Cap 26min  

3 rounds for time 30 wall balls 20#, 9/10’, 30 KB SDLHP (55/70), 30 on and over BJ (20), 30 STOH (30/40), 30cal assault bike. You must transition after every movement. You can transition in the middle of a movement however you CANNOT continue to the next movement once you finish a movement.

3 rounds for time 20 wall balls 10/14#, 9/10’, 20 KB SDLHP (35/55), 20 on and over BJ (20), 20 STOH (20/30), 20cal assault bike. You must transition after every movement. You can transition in the middle of a movement however you CANNOT continue to the next movement once you finish a movement.

Flow / Standards: At 3-2-1- go from the top of the hill one athlete will advance to the rig, go under the wall, and begin the first movement, once they finish their work they will go back up the hill to tag the next athlete in. To clarify, a new athlete must begin every movement. Athletes must stay in the same order. If you take over in the middle of any movement you must tag out before advancing to the next. Every time there is a transition all athletes will go UNDER the wall. After the last cal is complete on the assault bike you will advance back up the hill in which time will be called!

***Every rep not completed including the last athlete crossing the finish on top of the hill will be a 1 sec penalty.
