1 mile sled push/pull for time. There are no limitations on how many can push and pull the sled at once. Each Block length not completed is equal to 1 sec.

Scaled 2 man Coed
Time Cap 12min.
Complete in order and for time 100yd Sandbag lunge (50#), males overhead with locked elbows and females in front rack, 30 Stone Deadlifts (110#), and 100yd Wheelborrow (Hands must remain on laces). Every 10yds not completed will equal 1 sec.
Male Doubles
Time Cap 12min.
Complete in order and for time 100yd Sandbag lunge (100#), overhead with locked elbows, 30 Stone Deadlifts (185#), and 100yd Handstand Walk. Every 10yds not completed will equal 1 sec.
RX 4 Man Coed
Time Cap 8min.
2 couples of opposite gender will each complete one of the following movements:
Complete in order and for time 100yd Sandbag lunge (100#), males overhead with locked elbows and females in front rack, tag next couplet and they will complete 30 Stone Deadlifts (110#f/185#m).
Scaled 6 man Coed
Time Cap 12min.
3 couples of opposite gender will each complete one of the following movements:
Complete in order and for time 100yd Sandbag lunge (50#), males overhead with locked elbows and females in front rack, tag couplet #2 who will complete 30 Stone Deadlifts (110#), then tag couplet #3 who will finish WOD with 100yd Wheelborrow (Hands must remain on laces). Every 10yds not completed will equal 1 sec.
RX 6 Man Coed
3 couples of opposite gender will each complete one of the following movements:

WOD 4

Scaled 2 man Coed
Time Cap 7min.
Female finds max Deadlift and male finds max GTO. Both athletes must complete the weight before adding more weight. Total will be last successful attempt that both athletes completed. (this will have to be same weight).EX: If female DL 120k and male hits 120k GTO but female fails at 125k then their score is 120k. Same applies if female achieves weight and male does not. The bar is a 20k bar and the max load can be 100kg. Athletes may start at any weight they wish.
Male Doubles
Time Cap 7min.
Both Males find max GTO. Both athletes will find their best lift and their score will be both lifters total. The bar is a 20k bar and the max load at each station is 150kg. Athletes may start at any weight they wish. The bar can only increase in weight.
RX 4 man Coed
Time Cap 7/14min.
In pairs, each pair having 1 female and 1 male, find the female max Deadlift and male max GTO. Both athletes must complete the weight before adding more weight. Total will be last successful attempt that both athletes completed. (this will have to be same weight).EX: If female DL 120k and male hits 120k GTO but female fails at 125k then their score is 120k. With 1 person working at a time complete in order the following movements: 20 ring pull ups, 30 SDL(F) SDLHP(M) @ 50kg, 40 Hand Release Push ups, 50 DB Power Snatch 35(f) 50#(M), and 60 Ring touching Burpees. For every rep not completed at time cap there will be a sec. penalty.
Male Doubles
Time Cap 15min.
With 1 person working at a time complete in order the following movements: 20 Muscle ups, 30 SDLHP @ 80kg, 40 Hand Stand Push ups, 50 DB Power Snatch 80#, and 60 Ring touching Burpees. For every rep not completed at time cap there will be a sec. penalty.
RX 4 man Coed
Time Cap 18min.
With entire team complete the following movements in order and with 1 athlete working at a time: 40 ring muscle ups, 50 SDL(F) SDLHP(M) @ 80kg, 60 Handstand Push ups, 70 DB Power Snatch 50#(F)/80#(M), and 80 Ring touching Burpees. For every rep not completed at time cap there will be a sec. penalty.
Scaled 6 man Coed
Time Cap 21min.
With entire team complete the following movements in order and with 1 athlete working at a time: 60 ring pull ups, 70 SDL(F) SDLHP(M) @ 50kg, 80 Hand release Push ups, 90 DB Power Snatch 35#(F)/50#(M), and 100 Ring touching Burpees. For every rep not completed at time cap there will be a sec. penalty.
RX 6 man Coed

With entire team complete the following movements in order and with 1 athlete working at a time: 60 ring muscle ups, 70 SDL(F) SDLHP(M) @ 80kg, 80 Handstand Push ups, 90 DB Power Snatch 50#(F)/80#(M), and 100 Ring touching Burpees. For every rep not completed at time cap there will be a sec. penalty.

Team “FGB” Each team will have all athletes complete 3 rounds of 20 Wall Balls (10/14), 30 SDLHP(20/30), 40 Box Jumps (20), 30 Push Press(20/30), 20 Cal row, Rest. Every Rep not complete at time cap is 1 additional second. Athletes must stay in order. Every athlete will start at wall balls. Athlete 1 begins at go, athlete 2 begins once athlete 1 has finished. There can be a “log jam” at a station. However, only 1 athlete can work at a time at each station.

Each Teammate will complete “Fran” 21-15-9 Thrusters (30/40) and Pull ups. Every Rep not complete at time cap is 1 additional second.
Male Doubles
Time Cap 13min.
One athlete will complete “fran” 21-15-9 Thrusters(40) and pull ups. That athlete will tag athlete 2 and they will complete “little Nancy” 3 rounds of OHS (40) and 400m run (3laps). Every Rep not complete at time cap is 1 additional second.
RX 4 man Coed
Time Cap 25min.
Each team must have 1 male and 1 female complete the following in order: Male will do “Fran” then female will do “Fran”, next male will complete “Little Nancy” then female #2 will complete “Little Nancy”. “Fran” 21-15-9 Thrusters(30/40) and pull ups. “Little Nancy” 3 rounds of OHS (40) and 400m run (3laps). Every athlete must participate. Every Rep not complete at time cap is 1 additional second.

Each team must have 1 male and 1 female complete the following in order: Male will do “Fran” then female will do “Fran”, next male will complete “Elizabeth” as will female #2, then Male #3 will do “Little Nancy” and female #3 will finish “Little Nancy”. “Fran” 21-15-9 Thrusters(30/40) and pull ups. “Elizabeth” 21-15-9 Power Cleans (40/60 and Ring dips (jumping). “Little Nancy” 3 rounds of OHS (40) and 400m run (3laps). Every athlete must participate. Every Rep not complete at time cap is 1 additional second.
RX 6 man Coed
Time Cap 35min.
