OCHO RONDAS

8 Rounds of 15 Kb swings (35/55#), 10 KB goblet squats (35/55#), 5 burpees. Females and Males will alternate rounds so that all males go together and then all females go together.

8 Rounds of 15 Kb swings (55/70#), 10 KB goblet squats (55/70#), 5 burpees. Females and Males will alternate rounds so that all males go together and then all females go together. 

MAX OUT

Time Cap 10min for females then 10min for males. males will go immediately following females.
10min to find 1 rep Snatch (any style from floor), 2 rep Clean (any style from floor), 3 jerks (any style from front rack) team can be human racks.

RUN, ROW, & BURP

Teams of 3 (women together followed by the men) 1 individual will run 4 laps around the venue, another team member will row for calories (8min), 1 will do AMRAP 8min. burpees to a 10k plate. All 3 movements will be happening at the same time. Women will have an 8 min time cap. there will be a 1min break and then the men will begin.

THE CHIPPER

2 three person groups of any gender mix will complete the following chipper: Group 1 will complete the ascending chipper 20 Power Snatches (30/40), 30 Overhead Squats, 40 Thrusters, 50 Back Squats, 60 Push Press. Then, group 2 will complete the same series, descending starting at 60 push press. Only 1 person working at a time.
RX
Time Cap 25min.
2 three person groups of any gender mix will complete the following chipper: Group 1 will complete the ascending chipper 10 Bar Muscle Ups, 20 Squat Snatches (40/60), 30 Overhead Squats, 40 Thrusters, 50 Back Squats, 60 Push Press. Then, group 2 will complete the same series, descending starting at 60 push press. Only 1 person working at a time.

TTB/CTB

All 6 members will complete 3 rounds of 10 hanging leg raises (toes above hip crease) 5 Pull ups. Once the athlete finishes all 3 rounds they will tag in the next athlete.
RX

All 6 members will complete 3 rounds of 10 TTB & 5 CTB pull ups. Once the athlete finishes all 3 rounds they will tag in the next athlete.

TEAM FIGHT GONE BAD

Team “FGB” same sex teams will complete 4 rounds (each triplet) of 20 Wall Balls (10/14), 30 SDLHP(20/30), 40 Box Jumps (20), 30 Push Press(20/30), 20 Cal row. Athletes must stay in order so that the females cannot pass the males. Athletes will start at wallballs. Males will begin at go, females will follow once males have finished wallballs. Only 1 athlete can work at a time at each station.

Team “FGB” same sex teams will complete 4 rounds (each Triplet) of 20 Wall Balls (14/20), 30 SDLHP(30/40), 40 Box Jumps (20), 30 Push Press(30/40), 20 Cal row. Athletes must stay in order so that the females cannot pass the males. Athletes will start at wallballs. Males will begin at go, females will follow once males have finished wallballs. Only 1 athlete can work at a time at each station.

With coed partners 1 pair will complete 30 Chest to Bars then tag the next pair who will complete 90 weighted IN PLACE alternating lunges overhead (15/20k plate) and the final pair will complete 270 double unders. All work will be done one at a time and the reps are total work within the pair.
RX

With coed partners 1 pair will complete 30 ring muscle ups then tag the next pair who will complete 90 alternating pistols and the final pair will complete 270 double unders. All work will be done one at a time and the reps are total work within the pair.

THE FINAL

All 6 members will work together to complete in order 50 decline push ups (Pair will kneel facing one another and working partner will have laces on their knees), 150 wallballs (14#) (Height does not matter as long as it touches the target) alternating between athletes (Indian style), 300yd shuttle sprint (each person does the 300), burpee broad jumps to finish.
RX
Time Cap 18min.
All 6 members will work together to complete in order 50 Strict HSPU (Pair will lock hands and HSPU will be conducted with legs against teammates arms. Arms must remain locked and cannot move up and down. Legs must slide on arms.), 150 wallballs (20#) (Height does not matter as long as it touches the target) alternating between athletes (Indian style), 300yd shuttle sprint (each person does the 300), burpee broad jumps to finish.
