Mandatory Athlete Briefings:

Saturday: 7AM for EVERYONE (Rx teams can tune in via Facebook LIVE)

Sunday: Briefing at Surprise WOD location

The Gym, CrossFit Kilo: 3109 Venture Way, Cedar Falls, IA 50613

The briefing for the surprise WOD will happen once all teams arrive, and the briefing for the final 2 events on Sunday will be immediately prior to those events.

All event movement standards and event information will be demonstrated and explained at the Athlete Briefings. You will have the opportunity to ask questions at the Briefings. Field of Teams will not respond to any questions prior to the Athlete Briefings.

*Male/Female alternate each rep. While 1 athlete performs a thruster, the other athlete holds barbell overhead. While 1 athlete performs 1 CTB pullup, the other athlete hangs.

*When 1st Male/Female Pair complete, 2nd Male/Female Pair go.

Partner Waterfall

Row (800m/1000m) Male and Female partner row simultaneously

40 Burpee On and Over Box Jumps (20″) alternating between M/F

40 alternating TTB while partner hangs

Once the first M/F pair moves to Burpees, the pair 2 can begin, as with pair 3. This is a “waterfall” however there CAN be a “log jam”

SCALED DIVISION

22 min CAP

Row (800m/1000m) Male and Female partner row simultaneously

40 Burpee On and Over Box Jumps (20″) alternating between M/F

40 alternating Toes Above Hips while partner hangs

3-Way

All 6 Athletes: 3 M/F pairs

RX DIVISION

12 min CAP

Pair 1: Each athlete completes 30 alternating Pistols holding (35/55#) KB. Order does not matter, but one athlete must complete all 30 reps before partner begins

Pair 2: Each athlete completes 10 OHS (40k/60k) and 20 calorie bike

Pair 3: Each athlete completes 30yd Handstand Walk

Once Pair 1 crosses the finish line, Pair 2 may begin. Once Pair 2 crosses the finish line, Pair 3 may begin

SCALED DIVISION

12 min CAP

Pair 1: Each athlete completes 50 goblet squats holding (35/55#) KB. Order does not matter, but one athlete must complete all 50 reps before partner begins

Pair 2: Each athlete completes 10 OHS (40k/60k) and 20 calorie bike

Pair 3: Each athlete completes 60yd Wheel Barrow

Once Pair 1 crosses the finish line, Pair 2 may begin. Once Pair 2 crosses the finish line, Pair 3 may begin
